Moments of Reflection

Sometimes decisions are made rashly. Weak signals are not shared and real problems persist. Better performance requires time for reflection.

During a MT meeting there is once again a lot of complaining about the huge amount of paperwork within the company. They decide to take an away session and investigate what the real problem is. The result: part of the paperwork is abolished.
